1. About these terms

These terms govern the use of this online store and the purchase of the digital products sold in it. The store operates under the trade name Stateful Kit, owned by Sergio Garrido Merino (tax ID/NIF: 05983714B), and is hosted on Shopify. You can contact us at sergiogm.business@gmail.com.

By placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Please read them before you buy. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.

2. Our products

We sell digital content: guides in PDF format that you download after purchase. Each product page describes what the product includes, its language or languages and its format. We do not sell physical products. You need a device and an app that can open PDF files.

Our guides are educational material. They are designed to help you learn and prepare, but we cannot guarantee any particular result, such as passing a job interview or getting a job.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR). The total price, including any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. There are no shipping costs. You pay at checkout with the payment methods shown there, and the payment is processed by the corresponding payment provider. We may change our prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.

4. How to buy and when the contract is formed

To buy, add the product to your cart, go to checkout, enter your details, review your order and confirm the payment. Before paying you can review and correct the information you entered. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We keep an electronic record of your order, and you can ask us for a copy at any time. The contract can be concluded in English or Spanish.

5. Delivery

Delivery is digital: once your payment is confirmed, you receive an email with a link to download your files, which are also available on the order status page. There is no physical shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because our products are digital content supplied right after payment, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when the download is made available to you, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you lose this right. The details are in our Refund Policy.

7. If something is wrong with your product

If a file is faulty, incomplete, cannot be opened or does not match its description, contact us. You are entitled to have it brought into conformity, which normally means we send you a working copy at no cost. If that is not possible, you can ask for a price reduction or, where the law allows it, end the contract and get a refund. These are your legal rights under Spanish and EU law on the conformity of digital content.

8. License to use the content

When you buy a guide, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to download it and use it for your own learning on your own devices. You may not resell, share, publish, distribute, upload to public sites or otherwise make the content available to others, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content (texts, code examples, designs and brand) belongs to Stateful Kit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

9. Use of the store

You agree to use the store lawfully, not to interfere with how it works and not to try to access paid content without buying it.

10. Liability

We prepare our content carefully, but technology changes quickly and the guides may contain errors or become outdated. We are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the content, except where the law does not allow this limitation, for example in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where it would reduce your rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you place your order.

12. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the problem together. You can also contact the consumer protection authorities in your country or region.
