Refund policy

We sell digital content only: PDF guides delivered by download. This policy explains your right of withdrawal and what you can do if there is a problem with your purchase.
In short: our guides are digital files made available right after payment, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind once the download has been made available to you. The product page states this before you buy, and by completing your purchase you confirm it (see below). It does not affect your legal rights if a file is faulty, is not as described, or you were charged by mistake.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
In the European Union, consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason. For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, this right ends once the supply has begun if you have:
- given your prior express consent to receive the content immediately, during the withdrawal period; and
- acknowledged that, by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
This rule is set out in Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Article 103(m) of the Spanish consumer protection law (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, TRLGDCU).
Our downloads are made available right after payment, and the product page tells you so before you buy. By completing your purchase you expressly request the immediate supply of the content and acknowledge that, once the download has been made available to you, you lose your right of withdrawal. After that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We confirm this in the order confirmation email.
If for any reason the conditions above are not met, your right to withdraw within 14 days of the purchase remains.
How to withdraw when the right applies
Send us a clear statement by email to sergiogm.business@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, including your order number. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. We will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fee for the refund.

Faulty or incorrect files
Whether or not the right of withdrawal applies, you keep your legal rights if the content is not as agreed. If a file is faulty, incomplete, cannot be opened or does not match its description, write to us with your order number. We will send you a working copy at no cost. If that is not possible, you can ask for a price reduction or, where the law allows it, end the contract and get a refund.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice for the same order or charged an incorrect amount, write to us with your order number and we will refund the amount charged in error.
