Shipping policy

We sell digital products only. There is no physical shipping and no shipping cost.

How you receive your purchase

• Once your payment is confirmed, you receive an email at the address you entered at checkout with a link to download your files.
• The download is also available on the order status page shown after payment.
• Delivery is normally immediate. Some payment methods take longer to confirm the payment; in that case, the email is sent as soon as the payment is confirmed.

File format

Files are delivered in PDF format and may be grouped in a ZIP file. You need a device and an app that can open PDF and ZIP files.

If you do not receive your download

Check your spam or promotions folder and make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct. If you still cannot find the email, or the download link no longer works, write to sergiogm.business@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you get your files.
